AU$120 per month additional hours charged at AU$72/hr AU$1200 per year ::: Professional Management Agreement ::: Includes eight hours of site maintenance per month. This service includes scheduled tasks which are performed automatically, and unscheduled tasks which are performed when required: Scheduled Tasks: XPulse: monitoring & alerting Pro-active analysis, tuning, & report to client Weekly Backups Monthly Performance Analysis Monthly Search Engine Analysis/Optimisation Unscheduled Tasks: Same as "Basic Maintenance Agreement" Plus your appointed technician will assume the role of part-time IT manager for your organization and will be available by phone/email to answer technical enquiries from staff, customers, and suppliers.
